Payment Policy

All products are subject to stock availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if all the products in your order are not available and we will cancel your order.

Please be aware that the prices displayed on our site include Value Added Tax where applicable but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due. The applicable delivery costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

We accept payment with the following credit or debit cards: Visa credit and debit cards, MasterCard credit and debit cards, American Express credit and Charge Cards, Switch/Maestro debit cards, Visa Electron cards.

Presently, we do not accept cash, cheques or gift vouchers as payment online. By submitting an order to us through our site, you are confirming that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct. All transactions will be in pounds sterling. Non-UK credit card providers and banks will determine the exchange rates to be applied and may add an additional processing or administration charge in relation to such payments which non-UK card holders will be liable to pay.


As soon as your bank has confirmed payment details we will pass your order through to our warehouse and your order will be dispatched. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail and we endeavour to ensure orders are delivered within 3-5 working days.

Return Policy

We hope you will be delighted with everything you have bought from us, but if you change your mind for any reason, we are happy to refund or exchange any unsuitable items in their original condition within the time periods of 7 days for a refund, if you would like an exchange send back to us within 14 days, where returned  with a valid dispatch note.


All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and in the original tender currency.


Please note: There are a few exceptions outlined below.

Refund exceptions:
1. For hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds on swimwear/underwear briefs if the original packaging and hygiene seal has been removed. This does not affect your statutory rights.

2. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns, or provide a refund, for personalised goods unless the product is faulty.
3. Sale items purchased online are eligible for an exchange or Fierce credit only. Items returned will be exchanged or issued credit for the amount paid.
Please note: The above returns policy refers to change of mind only and does not affect the statutory rights you have as a consumer e.g. a right to return items which are faulty or not as described or a general right to return most online purchases under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
