We are This Is Fierce Ltd and are a stand alone Ltd company, for the purposes of the information which you provide to us, we act solely as the data controller. This means that we are responsible for what happens to the information that you give to us.  We will at all times comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 and make sure that we keep your data secure and steps are taken to prevent any unauthorised access to your information. We will never share your information with any third party groups and us your information only as requested for our own marketing purposes and for order fulfilment.

If you wish to be a Stockist, don't be shy, get in touch! We aim to reply as soon as possible, to help us in our efforts, please provide as much information as possible about your business, such as name and location as well as other brands you stock. 

Complaints policy

​We hope that you never need to make a complaint but if you do don’t worry, we’re happy to help!


Our Customer Care team are always on hand to resolve any issue you may have and you can make a complaint through any contact method. 

We try to resolve complaints within 7 days but where we need to conduct a more detailed investigation, it may take a little longer, in such cases we’ll always keep you updated with what’s going on.

We aim to take a fair and reasonable approach to all complaints but if you’re unhappy with either our decision or service at any point, please let us know and we’ll escalate your complaint to a more senior team member for a full and independent review.
